Why do I need to create a login?
A login is needed in order to keep track of the following data:
- the master writs of your characters in the master writs module.
- To motifs each of your charaters has learned.
- Data of a guild house you create.
- Preferences like sort orders.
Why do I need to provide my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is needed so we can send you an e-mail in the following situations:
- In case you forget your password so you can safely reset your password.
- To receive notifications when maps you create for you own house have been reviewed.
- To receive nofifications when requests for guilds to be added have been reviewed.
How about privacy?
We do not share your data with anyone. We do not use advertisments or any third-party cookies. Though you have the option to create your own (guild)house which you can share with other guilds and members of their guilds. Whether to share a (guild)house with other guilds is up to you.
How about security?
Your personal data, e-mail address and username, are stored encrypted in the database using AES-256 encryption. Your password is stored is such a way that it is not possible to recreate the origal password from the stored data.
